Over the last quarter, we achieved positive momentum with our "push/pull” approach in promoting AudioCodes to service providers, in cooperation with our Network Equipment Providers (NEPs), OEMs, Channels and softswitch partners. The service provider team that we established in 2004 has been successful in achieving design wins, particularly for our mid-density Mediant™ 5000 media gateway into tier one MSOs and ILECs.

Our highlights include:

• Strengthening our relationships with application and wireless partners.
• In Q1 we announced our participation in Microsoft’s Speech Server (together with Vail Systems).
• The addition of new fixed mobile convergence and mesh WiFi wireless partners such as Bridgeport and Outsmart.
• The announcement of our relationship with NexTone™ where we offer our IPmedia platforms for transcoding in conjunction with NexTone Session Border Control offering.

AudioCodes continues to demonstrate leadership with its converged media gateways and media servers that are now available. We see continued momentum in our IMS and Fixed Mobile Convergence pursuits, in which we will continue to put increasing focus in the future.
