Recently
we expanded our presence worldwide by opening an AudioCodes office
in Mexico and establishing local representatives in India. These
representatives are assigned to work closely with our channel partners,
help them identify new opportunities and promote AudioCodes' brand.
AudioCodes'
local offices will play an important role for better understanding
and responding to local market requirements and opportunities. To
empower our channel partners we are planning the launch of our new
Channel Partner Web Portal in the near future.
This
portal is designed to become the focal content source for sales,
marketing, technical support, tools and information for our channel
partners. Access to this portal will be granted to registered AudioCodes
channel partners and application partners. The content in the portal
will include tools like E-learning, product presentations and datasheets,
marketing communication resources, channel programs and promotions.
AudioCodes
is a unique company in the VoIP space. We are one of the only companies
in the marketplace controlling its own destiny, by selling all components
in the VoIP media gateway "food" supply chain: from VoIP chips and
modules, via VoIP PCI/cPCI/ATCA boards, up to media gateway and
media server high density systems. As we design, develop and sell
such a diverse range of products, our channels into the market include,
on one hand: resellers, system integrators and distributors
who sell our systems to the end customers; on the other hand: application
partners and OEMs who integrate our enabling technology and
networking products into their solutions.
The
Channel Partner Portal will enable system integrators to find third-party
application/solution partners to complement their customer offerings.
The portal will include a list of small to large application partners
that use AudioCodes' technology in their products and interoperate
with AudioCodes' systems.
AudioCodes'
Channel Partner Portal will help developers access the market by
introducing their AudioCodes-based products/solutions to our channel
partners.
