Distribution Channels

AudioCodes distribution channels are globally dispersed, providing AudioCodes’ hardware and software solutions for a network of Value Added Resellers & Systems Integrators. AudioCodes’ distributors are committed to excellence in delivery and logistics of AudioCodes’ products, complementing them with solutions from other vendors and key Solution Partners. AudioCodes distributors sell to Value Added Resellers and Systems Integrators only, and cannot sell directly to the end user (2-Tier Sales Model).

Value Added Resellers and Systems Integrators

Value Added Resellers (VARs) and Systems Integrators (SIs) provide the end customer with systems integration, installation and support services. AudioCodes and its VARs and SIs are committed to first class support services, ensuring end-customer satisfaction. VARs & SIs complement the AudioCodes’ VoIP solutions with products from Solution Partners and leading NEPs, providing the end user with a complete, best-of-breed networking solution.

AudioCodes OSN Program Certifications

AudioCodes OSN certification plan is open for all types of channel partners: Value Added Resellers (VARs), Distribution Channels, and Systems Integrators. Solution Partners and Training Partners can also use this certification plan in order to gain the market trust and the required knowledge and infrastructure to be able to support AudioCodes-based VoIP networks.

Partner Program Levels

The program consists of four levels to enable partners and integrators to further develop their VoIP portfolios, increase customer satisfaction, and maximize profitability.

  • Registered Partners are knowledgeable about telephony, VoIP, and networking
  • Silver Partners have demonstrated experience in selling and installing VoIP solutions and have AudioCodes trained sales and technical people on staff to support their end customers
  • Gold & Platinum Partners represent a strategic group of partners that have continually demonstrated exceptional AudioCodes revenue performance, and the highest level of expertise in planning, designing, integrating, and supporting AudioCodes’  solutions

 

Partner Program Requirements

Base level requirements for AudioCodes’ Partner Program consist of completing the Authorized Indirect Channel Partner Agreement and providing end user and solution partner names in POS. In addition, all AudioCodes Partners must meet the definition for Value Add.

U.S. Federal Authorization

AudioCodes requires Partners to separately qualify to sell into U.S. Federal Government Agencies. The program benefits Partners by ensuring that only authorized U.S. Federal partners have access to special pricing, programs, and contracts that have been made available to U.S. Federal Agencies. Authorization is by invitation.
