Algotech was formed in September 1, 2005 as four operating contact center providers merged – Geomant in Hungary, 1Tel in the Czech Republic, Lucas in Romania, Algotech in Serbia and Montenegro and also Algotech Polska was founded. Headquartered in Budapest, the company has offices in Warsaw, Prague, Bratislava, Bucharest and Belgrade.
Algotech and its predecessors took part in setting up more than 200 contact centers.
