Historical Summary

ATIO is a black empowered company that has been providing specialized Information Communication and Technology (ICT) services for over two decades and though they have naturally grown in size and reputation, their ability to provide excellent service that adds value has always remained their primary objective.

Core Nature of Business

ATIO has three divisions each focusing on a clearly defined niche market.

ATIO Interactive Division

This division focuses on contact centre solutions, converged communications and managed services. ATIO's integrated communication services solutions are designed to answer a specific need you have, to communicate in the most appropriate way with your most valued audience - cost effectively and efficiently.

Focus areas include:

  • Contact Centres;
  • Unified Communications;
  • Converged Networks and
  • Managed Services

The ATIO Telecoms Division

In a newly de-regulated Telecoms environment, significant change is inevitable. All ICT providers face the risk of increasingly competitive environments, while the recession forces consumers to be cost sensitive. There will be increasing pressure of service providers to deliver higher quality services for lower costs.

The global economy is moving into a space where the customer Quality of Experience (QoE) becomes the over-riding measure of success. The question then, can you measure your customers' QoE? And, if you are the customer, how do you know that your service provider is actually delivering an acceptable service quality?

ATIO telecoms division steps in to provide powerful services to Carriers, Service Providers, Large Enterprises and larger network deployments with the ability to deliver measurable QoE, and then optimize it. The delivery model at ATIO is tailor made to suit the requirement, from build operate- transfer through to a fully managed outsourced service.

ATIO telecoms division provides performance management services focused on wireless network optimisation, IP Service Assurance and Roaming testing solutions. They partner with their clients in improving their network's performance. Together they develop and implement successful optimisation solutions that add immediate business value.

ATIO Netcampus Division

Netcampus is an international online campus and learning solutions provider, accredited internationally as a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner in Learning Solutions (CPLS). They focus on high-end technical and NQF certified training courses (in-house contact centre professional & project management courses, Microsoft, Cisco, Sun, Novell, Comptier & Adobe).

The Netcampus team has been delivering innovative training solutions since 1998 and has gone on to achieve many prestigious industry-recognised awards - the most significant being 2 worldwide Microsoft Partner of the Year awards; the most recent being awarded in 2009 for worldwide Innovation Partner.

Netcampus pioneered the innovative web-based “Virtual Classroom” model in 2006, which introduced the best of Instructor Led Training and Distance Learning together for greater customer satisfaction, convenience and cost effectiveness.
