- Strategy: IT Strategic plans, alignment of IT with business strategy
- Priority: Are businesses doing the right things, and doing them the right way. Which project or programme should have priority? Where is the value most likely to come from?
- Architecture: Understanding the information needs of the enterprise, ensuring cohesive information work-flows and appropriate access to data repositories.
