I.E. MITTWOCH & SONS LTD (NCR Israel). Has been operating in the country since 1933 as the sole distributor of NCR. The company is owned by the Mittwoch family, whose association with NCR dates back to the early part of the century, when the late I.E. MITTWOCH joined the NCR sales-team in Germany in 1906. In 1996 the company also became the AT&T - Solutions partner in Israel, as well as the Israeli distributor of Avaya Communication (formerly Lucent Technologies). The company employs some 200 persons; most of them highly trained and experienced professionals, engaged in:

• The design and installation of solutions, based on NCR systems, and communication solutions based on Avaya Communication & Cisco Systems.
• The development of both general and application-specific software for such systems.
• The integration of NCR, Avaya Communication, and Cisco system components into complete system / telephony solutions.
• The design and implementation of Information-Technology based systems, including Data Warehouse systems, Customer Service Systems, Self Service Systems, Item Processing Systems, Data and Voice Communication systems, and other general purpose, as well as tailor made information systems.
• The provision of training and support for all elements of such systems.
• The technical maintenance of these systems on an around-the-clock basis.

The company has a tradition of efficient and dedicated customer service and is known for its high standards of implementation, serving some 8,000 customers.
