Prerequisites:

Successfully completed either:

• AudioCodes Basic SIP CPE training course
• AudioCodes Mediant 3000 training course
• AudioCodes Solutions in Microsoft Lync Environment

Objectives:

The training program is composed of two integral components – instructor led lectures and practical experience with the equipment. The curriculum breaks down the material into logically related modules that are followed by practical exercises that address the concepts presented by the instructor. The student is expected to be an active participant in the learning process. Emphasis is placed on diagnostic tools and troubleshooting strategies to enable students to become self-sufficient in their use and support of AudioCodes products. At the conclusion of the course, students will be able to complete the following objectives:

• Configure AudioCodes SBC device
• Identify and configure parameters for a variety of services related to IP to IP and SBC
• Configure E-SBC IP to IP call routing
• Configure Session Border Control routing
• Configure E-SBC Quality of Service parameters
• Configure E-SBC Security features
• Configure SBC Survivability functionality
