AudioCodes has initiated a variety of training programs covering the broad product range that is currently available. Many partners and customers enjoy learning and getting the most from AudioCodes training programs. This has prompted the offering of a specifically designed AudioCodes’ program called Authorized Train the Trainer Program (ATT). This procedure is essentially tailormade for key customers offering them the ability to deliver AudioCodes’ technical training to their distributors, resellers and end users, while establishing training centers globally.

The aim of this program is to prepare and certify trainers to make them self sufficient in delivering their knowledge to customers.

Many benefits are available once the “Train the Trainer” program has been implemented. A key advantage of the course is the ability to improve and enhance the company’s professional knowledge and technical level. This program can be used to develop a new revenue source and create a deeper cultural connection by offering training in the regions local language. Most importantly, the company has been given the authority by AudioCodes to certify trainees.

The main objective for establishing this program is the ability to offer training units and skilled trainers on a global scale. This allows trainers to provide increased effectiveness by analyzing the audiences character, along with building technical workshops for hands-on sessions.

A number of strict requirements enable a high standard to be maintained. In offering this specific training course, a certain level of trust and confidentiality is required by trainers, due to sensitive information that is being discussed.

What is required in order to become an authorized trainer? Currently, candidates are only certified to teach the CPE basic level (MediaPack) based on SIP protocol. Training which is delivered by an alternative company representative – or an unqualified teacher is unacceptable as this has not been authorized by AudioCodes. The qualification is valid for a one year period and can be renewed along with including additional courses at a later stage.

Once approval has been received from AudioCodes, certificates will be provided to trainees who have successfully passed all theoretical and practical aspects of the course. A trainer is required to keep updated with AudioCodes’ latest software releases and modifications. Updating will be performed as required, on a continuous basis with the assistance of the Customer Training Unit and support. In order to ensure that there is constant support, an AudioCodes training manager will provide backing throughout all the ATT program training stages.
