Value Added Applications

Service Providers and Small Medium Businesses (SMBs) have diverse needs and in order to deliver on these expectations, AudioCodes has designed innovative applications. The InTouch platform is an enhanced Value Added Services (VAS) platform for service providers, such as Cable, VoIP Class 5, Class 4, Fixed-line, Mobile, MVNO and Operators. InTouch Enterprise Edition is an all-in-one solution for small and medium businesses and distributed enterprises, providing IP- communication applications, integrated into a Media Gateway / Media Server platform such as the Mediant™ 1000 Multi-Service Business Gateway (MSBG).

  • InTouch Messaging (Service Providers)

InTouch for Service Providers is an IP-based, email-centric and Telco-grade platform conforming to service providers’ requirements for high-availability, reliability, scalability, and security. • InTouch Conferencing (Service Providers)

InTouch Conferencing Service supports Ad hoc, Scheduled and Bridge functionalities. Preparing a conference call is simple. While arranging a scheduled conference for enterprise scale attendees, it is possible to distribute invitations and reminders whilst selecting your specific preferences. Bridge conference is always-on conference-ready-bridge. By simply dialing a specific dial-in access code, you can share the same conference bridge, with no need for prior preparations. Conference moderators are flexible as they are able to control any stage of the conference including the type of call (lecture-only, conversation), state of the conference, lock/unlock and many additional features. A moderator may control either of the conferences by using a feature-rich web client or directly from the phone. The Web User Interface can be adjusted to suit the enterprise’s needs, which is comprised of branding, labeling, localization and customization. An Ad hoc conference requires the entering of a random access code (chosen by the first caller) and dialing it as dial-in access code by all the rest of participants. Ad hoc conference doesn’t include conference moderation.
