InTouch’s Bridge Voice Conference service provides on-demand conferencing allowing service subscribers to initiate a conference 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - without the need to make a reservation. Holding a conference call is as simple as dialing a specific number and entering a pre-defined conference code. The Bridge Voice Conference service is a multi-language solution, which offers a variety of popular features for customizing the conference call, such as, individual and group mute/un-mute, conference lock, private roll call, dial-out to participant, and more.
The Bridge Voice Conference also provides a Web-based GUI and TUI for the moderator to control his online conferences and to manage his conference account.

Joining a Conference – two modes are available for joining a call. Both of them can be used in a single conference call
- Dial-in – In order to join a conference call, participants call the access number of the Bridge conference service and identify themselves via the conference attendant menu
- Dial-Out – The conference service initiates an outbound call to participants and joins them to a live conference
Conference Control Features
- Conference Status – Visual view of the participants’ status (e.g. connected, disconnected, connected time, mute)
- Roll count – Generates a list of active participants in the conference session, either by saying the number of connected participants or by playing each participant’s voice signature.
- Mute – Mute any or all participants during a conference. This function is useful for teaching sessions
- Lock/Unlock – Using the Lock feature, the moderator can choose to lock the conference to additional participants at any given time during the conference. By using the unlock feature, the Moderator allows new participants to join an active conference call
