InTouch Enterprise Edition Conferencing Service supports ad hoc, scheduled and Bridge functionalities. Preparing a conference call is simple. While arranging either an ad hoc or a scheduled conference for enterprise scale attendees, it is possible to distribute invitations and reminders whilst selecting your specific preferences. A moderator may control either of the conferences by using a feature-rich web client. Bridge conference is always-on conference-ready-bridge. By simply dialing a specific dial-in access code, you can share the same conference bridge. There is no need for prior preparations.
Conferences can be effortlessly scheduled, modified and cancelled, thereby providing its users with full control of their calendar. Conference users are flexible as they are able to control any stage of the conference including the type of call (lecture-only, conversation), state of the conference, lock/unlock and many additional features.
InTouch Enterprise Edition Conferencing Service supports multi-branches of an enterprise that are connected to each other via a VoIP network. All branches can conduct a conference call with any combination of caller origination.
This Voice Conferencing service enables subscribers to initiate conference calls over the phone. During the voice conference, the moderator can use a feature-rich web client for conference management, including muting and disconnecting participants, inviting new participants to join the conference, and additional applications. The Web User Interface can be adjusted to suit the enterprise’s needs, which is comprised of branding, labeling, localization and customization. Ad hoc conferences can be set via the phone or the Web User Interface.

InTouch Enterprise Edition Conferencing Service uses the Mediant 1000 platform abilities to provide a single box stand-alone solution for single or multi-branch enterprise offices and SMBs. It is an ideal match as a platform for IP-PBX, leveraging the existing infrastructure to provide in house conferencing service. The Mediant 1000 single box acts as media gateway, media server and a conferencing bridge. InTouch Enterprise Edition platform is designed to operate in a VoIP and TDM environment.

The Mediant 1000 is AudioCodes’ cost-effective, converged wireline VoIP media gateway. Intelligently packaged in a stackable 1U chassis, it is designed to interface between TDM & IP networks in enterprises or small-scale carrier locations. Adding the Media Processing Module (MPM) and Open Solution Network (OSN) server to the Mediant 1000, enables the platform to run the Conference Service application.
