InTouch Enterprise Edition VoicemailPLUS Service provides visual access to the voicemail box. Subscribers are able to navigate through their voice messages via graphical user interfaces using a web client prior to listening to messages.

InTouch Enterprise Edition VoicemailPLUS Service includes all standard voicemail features comprising of the following: Web Self-provisioning; Visual Web access to the mailbox using any standard browser; listen to voice messages by simply clicking on an icon; forward the voice message to an email address; return to the guest by calling back; save the message locally on a disk and more. The Web User Interface can be adjusted to the enterprise’s needs, which comprises of branding, labeling, localization and customization.

InTouch Enterprise Edition VoicemailPLUS Service supports a single and multi-branched enterprise. In this way, the enterprise has a single connection to the VoIP network without having to connect each one of the branches directly to the outside world for the incoming voice messages. The users within the company will have direct access to the Telephony User Interface or the Web User Interface.
