InTouch Fax to Email service routes the incoming faxes to any email account. The user receives the incoming fax as a regular email with the fax as a TIFF attachment. The user is then able to print, save and forward the fax – similar to what occurs when a regular email with an attachment is received. Subscribers can also be notified immediately of the arrival of a fax through SMS notifications. By using a remote admin client, service provides can offer their business customers a Centrex administration for setting their own routing rules for their incoming fax calls.
