InTouch OPENVoicemail
The InTouch OPENVoicemail service complies with all standard voicemail features (voice and fax), enabling seamless replacement of legacy voicemail systems, and includes some additional enhanced features such as callback, notifications and others.
InTouch OPENVoicemail service is the natural progression from the recognized standard voicemail service that subscribers have become accustomed to over the past few years. OPENVoicemail maintains all standard voicemail features and additional enhanced and appealing services that boost subscriber usage and satisfaction thereby generating new revenue streams for the service provider. The OPENVoicemail mailbox includes voice and fax call completion, Message Waiting Indication (MWI), greetings and enhanced capabilities.
InTouch provides the capability to offer the OPENVoicemail service, in a hosted model, supporting a multi-tenant environment with delegated administration tools and group-oriented features. The hosted OPENVoicemail service is suitable for all business sizes – SOHO, SMB, SME and Enterprise.
- Telephony User Interface (TUI) access - A complete message management supporting voice and fax message types
- MWI notifications – Indication of new messages in the mailbox. The system can support notifications to multiple MWI devices
- Callback – Return a call directly from voicemail to the caller who left a message. It is also possible to return to voicemail at any time by pressing a specific key
- Reply to a voice message - Reply to a voice message sent by another subscriber, by recording a voice note
- Forward voice messages – Forward voice messages to mailbox or phone destinations, with the ability to add a personalized voice note
- Self Provisioning from TUI - Subscribers can manage their mailbox setting directly from the TUI. Some of the provision capabilities include: Recording of greetings and voice signature and Setting the PIN and default fax destination
- Optional Features - SMS notification, Fax-in, Family mailbox
