• OPENVoicemail - A standard voicemail service which incorporates enhanced features as callback and SMS notifications.
• VoicemailPLUS (Visual Voicemail) – A fully featured voicemail service enabled with visual access to voice and fax messages via Web, Mobile and IPTV clients.
• Unified Messaging - A mailbox for voice, fax and email messages with visual access to all types of messages, full message management and advanced features such as email reading via the phone.
• Web IP Fax Server – Allows the sending of any attached document (e.g. PDF, Word and others) via a Web based client to a single, or multiple fax machines with one click of the browser. No fax machine or special print driver needed.
• Fax to Email – User receives a virtual fax number and receives faxes through user’s email with an option of SMS notification. No fax machine required and the virtual fax is always active.
• Voice Conferencing - Supports scheduled and ad-hoc conference calls with Web portal for scheduling, updating and managing conferences, which can also be used for on-line conference moderation.
• Auto Attendant - A multi-tenant auto-attendant solution that supplements or replaces live operators in IP Centrex environments.
• Record Your Call - Record your outgoing calls and the recording is sent back to you by email in the form of a voice attachment.

• Web Advertisement - Smart advertising that encourages the prospect to contact the advertiser in a number of ways. Any Web advertisement has the ability to generate communication transaction, click-to-call, send SMS, initiate conferencing, deposit a voicemail, send a fax and additional options creating premium transaction.
• IPTV Advertisement – While watching an advertisement on IPTV the user has ability to press a button on the remote control and have the advertiser contact them by phone.
• Mobile Click to Call - Initiate call back function from a mobile phone using a preferred Service Provider. You also have the option of using a mobile data network bypassing expensive roaming charges.
• TV Content Promotion - Promote premium TV content by automatic SMS and MMS notification.
• Emergency Broadcast services – Broadcast SMS, IVR, MMS or email message alerts for tornado warnings and other disasters. The activation is via SMS, email or IVR incoming message.
• Visual Mobile Client - Complementary option for VoicemailPLUS and Unified Messaging. Provides access, message management for Voice, Fax, Email, Video and pictures in user mailbox via mobile client over the mobile data network.
