Record Your Call (RYC) service can broaden a service provider offering to both the residential and businesses sectors. The RYC service enables the recording of outgoing, incoming and voice conference calls, while offering a Web-based interface for managing the recordings. Subscribers have the ability to play the recording from the web and/or download their recordings and archive them for future use. Try it now
RYC enables subscribers or random callers to record their calls. Starting a call recording is simple and straightforward, and can be done in several ways, (e.g. subscriber dials the RYC leading number and enters the number he/she wishes to call). Once the call has ended, an email notification is sent to the user with the recording details. The Web User Interface enables users to view and listen to a recorded file before it is downloaded to a PC. InTouch provides the capability to offer the Record Your Call service in a hosted model, supporting a multi-tenant environment with delegated administration tools. The hosted Record Your Call service is suitable for all business sizes – SOHO, SMB, SME and Enterprise. The Web User Interface can be adjusted to suit an enterprise’s needs, which are comprised of branding, labeling, localization and customization.
