InTouch Scheduled Conferencing
InTouch’s Scheduled Voice Conference service allows service subscribers to schedule and reserve conference calls. Holding a conference call is as simple as dialing a specific number and entering the conference code supplied in the invitation. The Scheduled Voice Conference service is a multi-language solution, which offers a variety of popular features for customizing the conference call, such as sending email and or outlook based invitations to individual and/or groups, sending email and SMS reminders to individual and/or groups, mute/un-mute, conference lock, private roll call, dial-out to participant, and more.
InTouch Scheduled Voice Conference also provides a Web-based GUI for both the scheduler and moderator to control his online conferences and to manage his conference account.
Scheduled Conference Options
- Email/outlook meeting and SMS invitations
- Notifications of a scheduled conference by SMS, email, or voice call
- Conference re-occurrence
- Conference start by moderator entry/scheduled time/manually
- Conference entry/exit method for participants
- Conference history (e.g. time, number of participants, conference summary etc.)
Scheduler - Account Management
- Change the subscriber email address
- Change the subscriber PIN
Joining a Conference – two modes are available for joining a call. Both of them can be used in a single conference call.
- Dial-In – in order to join a conference call, participants call the access number of the scheduled conference service and identify themselves via the conference attendant menu
- Dial-Out – the conference service initiates an outbound call to the participants for joining them into a live conference
