InTouch Unified Messaging is an advanced voicemail-based messaging service. Unified Messaging enables the flexibility of handling messages including the forwarding of voice and fax messages to an email address, sending email using an address book, listening to email via a telephone using Text to Speech (TTS) and message archiving. Unified Messaging supports the management of incoming calls and advanced message notification and delivery. InTouch provides the capability to offer the Unified Messaging service, in a hosted model, supporting a multi-tenant environment with delegated administration tools and group-oriented features. The hosted Unified Messaging service is suitable for all business sizes – SOHO, SMB, SME and Enterprise. The Web User Interface can be adjusted to suit the enterprise’s needs, which are comprised of branding, labeling, localization and customization.
- Telephony User Interface (TUI) access - A complete message management supporting voice and fax message types (e.g. reply, forward to email or phone destination etc.)
- Web-based visual clients - Ability to view voice and fax message from any device with browsing capabilities (e.g. PC, Mobile, and TV)
- Inbound and Outbound Fax messages - Sending / receiving fax messages with the ability of forward them to alternate destinations (e.g. fax machine, email destinations etc.)
- Enhanced notification - Receiving notifications on incoming new voice and/or fax messages. Notifications may be sent to one or more destinations (e.g. SMS, Email address, pager)
- Text To Speech - Hear email message on a mobile or landline phone using Text-To-Speech technology
- IMAP/POP3 Access - Visual access to the unified mailbox from any third party email application connected via POP3 or IMAP interfaces
- Email Aggregation - Email aggregation service centralizes all email from various services
