App-Line offers complete open software solutions of automated multi-media contact centres : VXML Contact Center. Two solutions are available: Sibilo Voice is a new generation IVR solution, while Sibilo Contact Center is an advanced solution for multimedia contact centres, that manages phone calls, emails, fax, web call backs, chats or videoconferences altogether. Both products rely on VoiceXML platforms. Sibilo range products are composed by extensible, adaptable and open-ended products allowing the fast yet cost-effective deployment of multi-channel customer contact platforms. All products are based on standard: VoiceXML, Java, MRCP, SIP, web v2, Ajax. Those are designed for medium to large capacity. It is also commercialized in ASP mode.

App-Line call center solutions are fully interoperable with the AudioCodes Mediant and MediaPack Media Gateways.
