Guy Avidan served for 15 years in various managerial positions at MRV Communications Inc. Most recently, Mr Avidan served as Co-President of MRV Communications. Prior to that, he served as CFO of MRV Communications between 2007 and 2009. He also served as Vice President and General Manager of MRV International from September 2001 to July 2007. Prior to joining MRV Communications, Mr Avidan served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Ace North Hills from 1992 to 1995. Mr Avidan is a CPA in Israel and holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Accounting from Haifa University.
