Lior Aldema began his career at AudioCodes in 1998 as a team leader, and progressed to lead the System Software Group in the research and development department. In January 2002, Mr Aldema became Vice President of Product Management at AudioCodes. In addition, Mr Aldema held a second role, Vice President of Marketing, which he attained in February 2003. As of January 14th 2010, Mr. Aldema has been appointed as Chief Operation Officer (COO) at AudioCodes. Prior to 1998, Mr. Aldema served as an officer in the Technical Unit of the Intelligence Corps of the Israeli Defense Forces (Major), heading both operational units and large development groups related to various technologies. Mr Aldema managed a very large industry related project administrated by the IDF and executed by the Israeli Defense industry corporation. Mr. Aldema holds an M.B.A. from the University of Tel Aviv and a B.Sc. from the Technion.
