AudioCodes Academy includes two levels of certification. These certifications count towards the necessary requirements to become an AudioCodes Channel Partner with Silver or Gold levels.
ACA is the basic level certification required for the installation and maintenance of AudioCodes CPE & Access Media Gateways in different customer scenarios.
Successfully completed one of the following courses:
- AudioCodes SBC: Essentials & Configuration
- AudioCodes SBC: Testing & Troubleshooting
- AudioCodes SBC in a Microsoft Teams Environment: Essentials & Configuration
- AudioCodes SBC in a Microsoft Teams Environment: Troubleshooting
Built on top of the ACA certification, ACP includes in-depth training and advanced level certification required for the installation, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting of all AudioCodes networking products in advanced customer scenarios
Successfully completed one of the following courses:
- AudioCodes SBC: Advanced Interworking & Security
- AudioCodes SBC: Advanced Routing & Multitenancy
- AudioCodes SBC in a Microsoft Teams Environment: Advanced
