Description
We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer for Conversational AI to join our Voca CIC team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our Microsoft Teams-integrated Contact Center with Omnichannel, performing both manual and automated testing on core components.
Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and executing automated test suites that target the performance, reliability, and accuracy of our Conversational AI (NLU/IVR/IVA) features.
Job Description
This is a full-time position based in Or Yehuda, Israel.
As an Automation Testing Engineer, you will:
- Develop tests using popular frameworks like Python, Selenium, and/or Playwright.
- Run both automatic and manual tests to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D group that develops the Voca CIC Conversational AI product.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Testing Automation.
- Strong programming skills, including familiarity with Python.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience working with Pytest.
- Experience with Cloud environments (Azure preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement advanced automation systems.
- Strong research and analytical skills for detailed application analysis, bug fixing, and developing testing protocols.
Advantageous Skills (A Strong Plus!)
We value candidates with forward-thinking knowledge in AI-driven QA processes:
- Proven knowledge or practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, or other Machine Learning techniques as they apply to software testing.
- Experience applying AI/ML concepts to enhance QA processes, such as intelligent test data generation or AI-driven test automation tools.
- Familiarity with specialized testing methods for AI components, including prompt engineering and model accuracy validation.
- Experience with LLMs, either for simulating complex, realistic user conversations for testing IVR and IVA flows or for implementing AI-assisted tools to improve the speed of automation development.
