About the Role

AudioCodes is seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to lead to lead the technical engagement in Voice Transformation – including VoIP, UC/UCaaS, Contact Center modernization, and Conversational AI (CAI) projects in Israel.

The SE will own the technical part of the sales cycle — from opportunity identification through solution design, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs), all the way to successful handover to post-sales.

You will work closely with partners, enterprise customers, telecom providers, and our internal teams to design and position cutting-edge solutions that combine AudioCodes products with leading partner technologies. This role demands both deep technical expertise in voice solutions and strong consultative selling skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consultation-level service to customers — from initial technical discussions to complete solution architecture and design.
  • Lead technical engagement in enterprise UC/UCaaS migration, telecom provider migration to VoIP/UC, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Design and position AI-driven chatbot and virtual assistant solutions for customer service, contact centers, and enterprise workflows.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and hands-on product demonstrations to customers, partners, and at industry events.
  • Act as the technical lead in RFP/RFI processes, ensuring complete and competitive responses.
  • Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) and first-time installations/demos with customers and partners.
  • Serve as the primary technical interface to channel partners, enabling and transferring technical knowledge.
  • Analyze customer requirements, translate them into high-level designs, and liaise with Product Management and R&D for solution alignment.
  • Provide product and solution training during the pre-sales phase.
  • Support marketing activities such as seminars, webinars, and roadshows.
  • Supervise interoperability and integration tests between AudioCodes solutions and customer/carrier systems.

Requirements

Education:

  • Engineering or university degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Experience:

  • 5-10 years in a presales or technical engineering role in Conversational AI (AI-powered customer experience solutions), VoIP, SIP, SBC, IP Telephony, UC, UCaaS, and Contact Center environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom Phone, Cisco Webex, and other public cloud communication services (Azure Communication Services, AWS, Amazon Chime).
  • Proven track record in designing and deploying enterprise communication solutions and carrier-grade systems.
  • Knowledge of Contact Center platforms (Genesys, Avaya, ININ, or others).
  • Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in the Israeli enterprise market.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in Hebrew and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with C-level, technical teams, and partners.
  • Team player, able to work effectively in a multinational and fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple opportunities in parallel.
  • Willingness to travel across Israel to meet customers and partners.
