We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager to Drive our SaaS Enterprise-Grade Meeting Intelligence solution by working closely with enterprise customers, partners, and internal business teams to deliver measurable customer and business value, with a strategic focus on expanding into vertical applications tailored for industries such as government, education, financial services, healthcare, and more.

The position is based in Israel. The Meeting Insights Product Management team is global, with members located in the USA and Israel.

Responsibilities:

·        Ensure that the team builds and ships products according to the customer value and business value

·        Contribute to setting strategical vision and comprehensive product roadmap

·        Conduct and maintain competitive analysis

·        Define and track key product metrics (e.g., user adoption, customer satisfaction, revenue impact)

·        Drive continuous product discovery through direct engagement with customers and partners

·        Build and maintain an agile, prioritized product backlog

·        Work closely with development, and UX/UI teams to estimate features, define requirements, user stories and collaborate on release plans

·        Coordinate cross-functional efforts across development, marketing, sales, support, and legal teams

·        Communicate product value and positioning internally and externally

Requirements

·        Bachelor's degree in a technical field

·        3+ years in product management or a product-adjacent discipline, with a record of successful delivery of product values in collaboration with development teams

·        Experience working directly with enterprise customers, partners, and internal business teams

·        Proven experience in SaaS product development, with deep understanding of AI-powered Enterprise application, data privacy and security considerations

·        Experience in creating strategic product roadmap(s) from conception to launch

·        Experience in building the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions

·        Ability to work collaboratively across geographically dispersed teams

·        Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority

·        Demonstrated "get things done" problem-solving approach

·        Excellent communication and presentational skills

·        Deep expertise in emerging AI technologies: Conversational AI, Generative AI, AI model evaluation and deployment - Advantage

·        Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, marketing, engineering, UX/UI, sales- Advantage
