QA Automation Engineer

Description

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer for Conversational AI to join our Voca CIC team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our Microsoft Teams-integrated Contact Center with Omnichannel, performing both manual and automated testing on core components.

Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and executing automated test suites that target the performance, reliability, and accuracy of our Conversational AI (NLU/IVR/IVA) features.

Job Description

This is a full-time position based in Or Yehuda, Israel.

As an Automation Testing Engineer, you will:

• Develop tests using popular frameworks like Python, Selenium, and/or Playwright.
• Run both automatic and manual tests to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Collaborate closely with the R&D group that develops the Voca CIC Conversational AI product.
