Description
AudioCodes is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead and oversee the company’s global managed services infrastructure, supporting a range of customer-facing managed services.
This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational excellence and scalability across both physical and cloud-based environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a global infrastructure team responsible for networking, security, storage, virtualization, and systems administration.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to define requirements, manage negotiations, and oversee procurement activities.
- Plan, monitor, and manage the annual infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and execute an annual operations plan (AOP) for infrastructure initiatives and performance targets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams — including Product Management, R&D, Services Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success — to enhance and evolve managed services platforms.
- Ensure high levels of reliability, security, and scalability across all infrastructure layers.
