Description

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our Voice Conversational AI enablement solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Conversational AI market, our offerings and Go-to-Markets and the key personas involved in purchasing and implementing our solutions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our offerings, including target customers, use cases, key personas, influencers, decision makers, partners and implementers.
  • Identify how and where target customers and partners seek for and obtain knowledge and information and formulate strategies to effectively reach them. Monitor relevant market trends and analyze key competitors, focusing on their messaging, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and marketing techniques. Create compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiates our product in the market.
  • Create a comprehensive and holistic marketing plan that aligns with the business goals and objectives, with a focus on both Self-Serve PLG and SLG Prepare marketing materials to support the approved marketing plan and ensure alignment with overall company strategy. Collaborate with business, product and marketing teams to execute and monitor the progress of the marketing plan. Track and present progress, performance metrics, and suggest improvements or adjustments as necessary. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product marketing and/or management, preferably in the AI, Telecommunications technology and/or Self-Serve SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of market research, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Passionate about marketing and Self-Serve SaaS growth techniques
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Strong hands-on execution skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
