Description

We’re looking for an experienced CRM Team Leader (Subscriptions & Services) to join our IT Applications department at a global, publicly traded technology company — stable, innovative, and a leader in its field.

In this role, you’ll lead a team of professional Subscriptions and Service Application Specialists responsible for the company’s core service systems, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud, particularly Subscriptions and Service Logistics modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of ~5 application specialists; set goals, build work plans, and collaborate closely with business users, developers, and cross-functional teams.
  • System Ownership: Oversee all CRM and service-related systems, including Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow), and Wrike.
  • Business Process Optimization: Partner with business stakeholders to analyze processes, design and implement technical solutions, and drive automation and continuous improvement.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-departmental projects from requirements gathering through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven managerial experience (minimum 2 years) leading Subscriptions and Service or application implementation teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud – mandatory, especially Subscriptions and Service Logistics modules.
  • Strong analytical and business process design skills.
  • Demonstrated project management experience and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in a global environment.
  • Advantage: Experience with Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) and/or Wrike (PSA).
