Description
Tier 4 technical support engineer for VoIP and Voice AI Enterprise and Cloud products (SBC\VAIC).
Responsible on Tier1/2/3 escalations and work closely with developers, SE, PM and QA teams (worldwide).
Requirements
- Practical Engineer / Computer Science / B.Sc.
- Experience and deep understanding with Network Protocols (L2, L3)
- Experience in Telecom Industry – advantage
- Experience in SIP, VoIP, Cloud, Virtualization – advantage
- Experience with dockers/cloud-based environments – strong advantage
- Troubleshooting experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Team player and a fast learner
- Good English, both written and verbal communication
