Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join the AudioCodes Israeli Sales Team, focusing on Enterprise Voice, Unified Communications, and Contact Center solutions. This role is central to expanding our footprint with enterprises, service providers, and partners in the region, leveraging AudioCodes’ portfolio of innovative solutions for Microsoft Teams, UCaaS, CCaaS, and AI-powered analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and execute AudioCodes’ sales strategy and revenue objectives for the Israeli Market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Enterprise customers and Service Providers, engaging at all levels of the organization.
  • Recruit, align, and manage Distributors and System Integrator partners, ensuring effective joint market penetration.
  • Drive pipeline growth through direct engagement with enterprises and support partners with training, joint campaigns, and deal enablement.
  • Work closely with AudioCodes Sales Engineers, Product House, and Marketing to deliver complete solutions and achieve business objectives.
  • Professionally represent AudioCodes at customer meetings, industry events, and seminars across the country.
  • Provide regular reporting and forecasting, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in Unified Communications, Enterprise Voice, or Contact Center solutions, with proven ability to build the business case and close deals.
  • Track record of selling to Enterprise and Service Providers, both directly and through partners (System Integrators, Distributors, Channel Partners).
  • Strong experience in developing and managing channels, with established relationships in local Israeli enterprise and service provider markets.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with UCaaS and CCaaS offerings, cloud platforms, and professional services.
  • Experience with Microsoft enterprise UC solutions and ecosystem (Teams Phone, Zoom Phone, WebEx Calling desirable).
  • Proven history of exceeding sales targets in organizations of at least $2M in annual sales.

MUST HAVE:

  • Strong relationships and personal network with customers, System Integrators, and Service Providers in the Israeli Market
  • Proven success in Enterprise Voice projects with winning stories.
  • Experience working at a global solution vendor or System Integrator selling enterprise communication solutions.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
