What You’ll Do
We’re looking for an experienced Channel Director to help shape and tell the story of Voca CIC to channel partners, deepen our relationships and expand our channel-driven pipeline. You will own channel strategy, partner enablement, and revenue acceleration for Voca CIC in EMEA. You’ll be equal parts storyteller, strategist, and a GTM leader, focused on turning innovation into business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the EMEA channel strategy for Voca CIC
- Enable SIs, VARs, MSPs, GSIs, and Service Providers in the region
- Position Voca CIC in UC/CCaaS & CX evaluations
- Support enterprise/mid-market use-cases
- Build and nurture GTM programs and partner enablement
- Maintain channel SPIFFs, benefits and co-marketing frameworks
- Nurture channel relationships via remote and onsite activities
- Partner with Sales & Solution Specialists on deals and win strategies
- Drive presales to delivery execution smoothness
Qualifications
- Proven experience in channel sales or partner management
- Expert-level in channel-related business and marketing frameworks
- CCaaS/CX/UC/AI market experience
- Microsoft Teams & cloud communications expertise
- Ability to engage technical + business stakeholders
- Field-driven mindset with constant pursuit of relationship nurturing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with channel partners including SIs, VARs, MSPs, and GSIs
- Background in building or scaling channel programs within CCaaS, UC or AI-driven solutions
- Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem including Teams, Azure, and related partner programs
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies with partners
- Strong understanding of contact center transformation and AI-driven customer experience trends
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders and align partner strategies to business outcomes
