The blades feature a broad selection of firmware-based media processing capabilities including message record/playback, conferencing, voice coding, echo cancellation and call progress tone detection.

  • TrunkPack Media Gateway Blades

    The TrunkPack (TP) VoIP Communication Blades are complete stand-alone Voice over IP Media gateways offered on a PCI, cPCI, or ATCA blade form-factor, enabling a range of application and packaging options. These blades enable development of scalable solutions ranging from 1 to 16 E1/T1, T3, up to OC-3 PSTN interfaces, supporting on-board industry standard network control protocols such as SIP, MGCP and MEGACO as well as AudioCodes’ VoPLIB API.

  • SmartWORKS Call Recording Blades

    The SmartWORKS product family is a complete line of Voice and Data cards for call recording, call logging, IVR, UM, Intelligent call handling and other CTI applications. All SmartWORKS products have a full complement of on-board voice resources closely integrated with telephony interfaces. 
    The telephony interfaces supported include high impedance analog, digital trunk, and digital PBX telephone sets as well as interfaces for terminating analog and digital trunks.
