The 310HD is an entry-level, one-line IP Phone with a backlit LCD display that supports all the basic functionality required for today’s business environment.

The 420HD is cost-effective, feature-rich enterprise IP Phone supporting 2 lines with a graphic, backlit LCD display and 4 programmable soft keys. Its flexibility and robust design make it extremely suitable for demanding enterprise and contact center deployments.

The 320HD is a premium enterprise IP Phone supporting 4 lines. Built for ease-of-use and convenience, the 320HD boasts a large graphic LCD display and 12 programmable speed dial keys.

Large Multinational Bank

The customer, a leading multinational bank, selected Genesys and AudioCodes to form the basis of its new contact center infrastructure. It selected AudioCodes media gateways to provide interconnectivity with the PSTN and other legacy telephony systems. It is also implementing AudioCodes’ Session Experience Manager (SEM) solution to monitor VoIP quality across the call center and proactively avoid potential issues which could result in a degradation of the service.

smartnet

smartnet successfully implemented the migration of their customer’s telecommunications infrastructure to a fully IP-based system. The AudioCodes Mediant 1000 platform was selected to perform critical functions within the new network, including media gateway, hosting platform for new IP-PBX system and E-SBC to enable interconnection with SIP trunking providers.

Hova Networks

Hova Networks helped a large international customer, based in Mexico, build a new IP-based communications infrastructure using the AudioCodes Mediant 1000 Multi-Service Business Gateway (MSBG) and 300HD Series IP Phones. The new system enabled the customer to deploy an IP-PBX system (hosted on the Mediant 1000) to handle communications between offices in Mexico and Brazil. It also provided the ability to interconnect seamlessly with the PSTN and SIP Trunks.
