United States - Technical Support Team Leader

AudioCodes seeks Technical Support Team Leader to plan, coordinate and manage IT projects for Voice and Unified Communications solutions. The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or similar plus three years’ experience leading technical support with an emphasis on VoIP. The position also requires an understanding of VoIP/IP and various protocols such as SIP, H.323, RTP, WebRTC and TLS, SBCs and MSBR. Morrisville, NC worksite.
