Role Overview

AudioCodes is looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to accelerate revenue growth for Meeting Insights, its AI-powered meeting intelligence SaaS and on-premise solution.

This role carries full ownership of business performance within a defined geography, combining territory development, demand generation, partner-led go-to-market motions, deal closure and a direct-touch enterprise sales approach.

Principal Accountabilities

Commercial

  • Excellent understanding of collaboration, productivity and Artificial Intelligence services
  • SaaS trading experience.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, marketing campaigns and partner initiatives.
  • Represent the solution at industry events, webinars, and forums.
  • Target and penetrate defined vertical markets with tailored value propositions.
  • Drive enterprise sales through direct touch sales, indirect sales model and consistently close deals.
  • Collaborate closely with local AudioCodes sales teams to maximize regional impact.
  • Recruit, engage, and enable a focused set of strategic partners.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce.

Technical

  • Telecommunications industry knowledge, SaaS and AI sales experience.
  • Understanding of AudioCodes Meeting Insights solutions and market environment.
  • Driving/building a services-led business model in region, with the product team.

Leadership

  • Meet deadlines and targets set, and a willingness to ‘go the extra mile’ if the situation demands it.
  • Ability to define, execute and share a regional plan with AudioCodes Management.
  • Ability to report on defined deadlines with clear and detailed information.
  • Ability to work in full coordination with the regional team, as well as the EMEA Meeting Insights sales director and the product team.
  • Show commitment to working as part of a team, maintain a positive outlook, and foster a positive environment within the team.

  • Adaptability to multi-cultural environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS and UCaaS sales.
  • Unified communication, collaboration and voice experience.
  • Experience in carrying out personal sales quota.
  • Proven track record of successfully consistently closing deals.
  • Strong lead generation capabilities and field-proven sales execution skills.
  • Experience working within partner ecosystems and indirect sales models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Language spoken: English, Dutch
