Throughout this site, we are dedicated to providing equal service to every person, including clients with disabilities, without fail.
The company is pleased to participate in making websites accessible to people with disabilities. For this purpose, a third-party system has been implemented on the site to make it accessible and thus allow the majority of the population to use the site easily and conveniently.
The company’s website is made accessible with A-Web software (hereinafter “the software”), which facilitates the most accessible content possible for the site’s owner, audience and browsers. Most of the pages on the site meet the accessibility criteria of Level AA. It is important to note that, despite our efforts to make all pages on the site accessible, there may remain parts of the site or certain capabilities that have not yet been dealt with. Website accessibility is adapted for the leading browsers.
Information on Website Accessibility
This site is in compliance with the 2013 Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Service).
- Accessibility adjustments were done in accordance with the recommendations of the Israeli Standard (ISR 5568) for Web Content Accessibility at AA level, and the international WCAG2.0 standard.
- The trials were tested for the highest compatibility for Chrome browser.
- The website provides a semantic structure for assistive technologies, and supports the standard operation patters using a keyboard, with the arrows, Enter and Esc-for exiting menus and windows.
- Adjusted for display in popular browsers, and for use on mobile phones.
- Documents or videos uploaded to the site before October 2017 may not be fully accessible. If you come across such a document or video, you can contact us and we will make sure to make the information accessible to you.
- Delivery of information in an accessible format - the company offers its customers the option of receiving information in accessible formats. The provision of information is free of charge and is intended for people with disabilities. For inquiries and information regarding accessibility, you can contact the accessibility coordinator of the company, the details of which appear later in the statement.
- For maximizing the browsing experience with a screen reading software, we recommend using the latest NVDA program.
How does site accessibility work?
The site has an accessibility menu. Clicking the menu with the mouse or navigating to it by hitting Tab opens the accessibility buttons. Select the Customize button from the menu. You can close the menu by pressing the ESC button on your keyboard or by clicking with the mouse.
How can I browse the site?
Create a shortcut menu for selected content areas. You can navigate forward on the site by using the Tab button. To navigate backward, press SHIFT + TAB simultaneously.
NVDA screen reader for Windows and Mac OS and Mac OS X users is supported.
Changing color contrast: You can change the background to light or dark.
Changing font size and type: You can enlarge or shrink the text. The typeface changes to Arial for easier reading.
Navigating to content areas: You can skip to content areas on the site. The site is divided into the main content areas. You can skip to the main content area from the top of the page. To access a content area, press Enter on the keyboard. At the bottom of the page, before the footer, you can jump to the top of the page.
Forms: There is broad support for making contact forms accessible subject to the Terms of Use.
Assistive technology adjustments, such as support for reading errors by screen reading software.

Our company is not open to the public, but the company’s buildings are nevertheless accessible as detailed below. You can contact us in the digital channels detailed on the site.
The following are the accessibility arrangements for the company’s offices:
The offices located at 1 Hayarden Street, Airport City, Lod:
- There are public disabled parking spaces in the parking lot across from the company’s building.
- The route from the parking lot, through the entrance and to the company’s offices is continuously accessible (including accessible elevators).
- There are accessible disabled bathrooms in the company’s offices.
- There are identifying and directional signs.
- Service animals intended to assist people with disabilities are permitted in the company’s offices.
The offices located at 2 Gav Yam Street, 12 Halkiki Ha’or Street, Be’er Sheva:
- There are accessible disabled parking spots.
- The elevator in the building is accessible.
- There are accessible disabled bathrooms in the company’s offices.
- There are identifying and directional signs.
- Service animals intended to assist people with disabilities are permitted in the company’s offices.

כיצד עובדת ההנגשה באתר?
באתר מוצב תפריט נגישות. לחיצה על התפריט באמצעות העכבר או ניווט בעזרת TAB, מאפשרת פתיחת כפתורי ההנגשה. בחירה מתוך התפריט על הכפתור של ההתאמה האישית. כדי לסגור את התפריט תוכלו ללחוץ על כפתור הסגירה או ללחוץ במקלדת על כפתור ה-'ESC' או באמצעות לחיצה עם העכבר.
כיצד לגלוש באתר?
יצירת תפריט קיצורי דרך לאזורי תוכן נבחרים. באפשרותכם לנווט קדימה באתר בעזרת כפתור ה-TAB. כדי לנווט אחורה יש ללחוץ על צירוף המקשים SHIFT + TAB.
תמיכה בתוכנות קוראות מסך NVDA למשתמשי Windows ומערכת ההפעלה של מקינטוש Mac OS X. שינוי ניגודיות צבעים: באפשרותכם לשנות את הרקע לבהיר או לכהה.
