About the Role:

We are looking for technical product specialists with business acumen to support our Meeting Insights solutions - a Conversational AI platform that helps organizations capture, analyze, and leverage meeting content for business productivity.

This role acts as the business oriented technical lead and solution consultant across the sales cycle in your region, working closely with local and HQ stakeholders as sales, business development and product teams to lead technical engagements and deliver winning, value-driven customer solutions that will directly contribute to business growth.

You will join a team building award-winning technology (Meeting Insights and Meeting Insights On-Prem) and be deeply involved in discovery, customers and partners meetings, POCs, RFP responses and post-sale handover and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the technical lead in customer engagement, from discovery to solution design through POC and deployment.
  • Understand partners and customer needs, technical environments and business challenges to shape tailored, commercially focused solutions.
  • Deliver clear, engaging product and solution demonstrations (live, webinar and on-site) and lead technical workshops.
  • Collaborate with sales, business development, and product teams to design winning strategies and proposals.
  • Lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security/compliance assessments.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the product team.
  • Support proof-of-concept projects, solution configuration, and installations with partners and customers.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support to channel partners and enable technical knowledge transfer.
  • Help position the products as a strategic, value-driven solutions for enterprise meeting intelligence.
  • Develop strong relationships with partners and customers and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Track industry trends and surface relevant use‑cases to influence product roadmap and positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, etc.).
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales engineering, presales consulting, or solution design, in the SaaS, UCaaS, Meeting Solutions or enterprise collaboration space.
  • Proven customer-facing skills with strong presentation and communication capabilities. Able to engage both technical teams, senior business stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Technical understanding of UCaaS/VoIP, enterprise meeting workflows, and cloud/SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with AI-based technologies (Conversational AI, Generative AI, NLP) is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with data privacy, security and compliance requirements for enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with public cloud meeting services and cloud deployment models.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work across departments and influence outcomes.
