Description

We׳re looking for an experienced Payroll Manager for a temporary job.

The focus of this role is managing Payroll and any related transactions and reporting which requires the application of strong organizational skills, reliability, independence and deep knowledge of Israel payroll.

About The Role

·   Collect and update data into the payroll system- global & hourly employees

·   Work out social funds, tax, and national insurance deductions

·   Process new employees and employment terminations paperwork

Ongoing reconciliation

·   Maintain a high degree of service and confidentiality

Requirements


·   Certified Payroll Controller

·   3+ years of experience as a payroll accountant 

·   Deep Knowledge in Israeli labor laws

·   Deep knowledge of Hilan - a must

·   Deep knowledge of Excel - a must

·   Knowledge of Pension and Social Benefits

·   Ability to prioritize duties, meet deadlines, and function as a team member to accomplish job functions

·   Excellent organizational and communication skills.

·   English at a high standard
