The ideal candidate would be an experienced enterprise salesperson with direct touch experience, demonstrating successful experience in the Contact Centre or Contact Centre as a Service area. He/she will primarily be responsible for selling AudioCodes’ contact centre solutions and services to enterprise customers on their own or by supporting the AudioCodes DACH enterprise sales managers.

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the contact centre market in EMEA and DACH specifically.
  • Establish yourself as the trusted subject matter expert in this practice internally.
  • Hunt for new sales opportunities within existing AudioCodes DACH and EMEA accounts as well as new prospects.
  • Develop the strategic opportunities to sales closure independently and help the AudioCodes regional enterprise sales managers with closing the others.
  • Analyse and prioritise partnership opportunities to support the sales efforts with new or existing vendors, resellers & partners and cultivate them. 
  • Develop and grow the contact centre market partner landscape.
  • Identify new opportunities for lead generating activities (with partners or without them) and work with the AudioCodes marketing department to execute them.
  • Generate new ideas for strategic and tactical improvements to our go to market in the DACH and EMEA contact centre market.
  • Meet or exceed annual and quarterly revenue targets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in direct sales in the contact center space.
  • Indirect sales capabilities would be an advantage.
  • Intermediate technical contact center knowledge and a capacity to learn new technologies.
  • Creative, independent, and resourceful with overachiever track record.  
  • Strong people’s skills. Relationships builder. Able to deal professionally with different personality types and at different levels in prospect’s organizations.
  • SaaS sales model and strategy (managed services approach)
  • Consultative selling style.
  • Teamwork, trust, and openness are key.
  • German native speaker.
