Requirements
- High school graduate
- High level of English
- At least two years’ experience delivering hands-on technical support in a helpdesk environment
- Service oriented able to address customer pains while suggesting alternative solutions when appropriate
- Global employment experience big advantage
- Certified PC technician
- Microsoft certification a plus
- In-depth knowledge of workstation hardware, laptops, and peripherals
- Able to identify, repair, replace and reinstall new components
- Familiar with standard anti-virus solutions
- Able to identify and address both software and hardware issues
