In an increasingly uncertain world, this is a crucial requirement for many UK organisations in the public sector such as local government, central government, defence and healthcare, but also heavily regulated private sectors such as finance, banking and insurance.
What are AudioCodes and Konekt doing exactly?
AudioCodes and Konekt, together with Zoom, are helping UK organisations ensure that their voice and collaboration calls are hosted on a dedicated UK Zoom cluster, ensuring that all traffic and all data associated with it, is kept in the UK. This protection of data sovereignty within UK borders is an increasing requirement in security-conscious and regulated sectors.
This initiative leverages Zoom’s new, dedicated UK-based cluster for their UCaaS collaboration service (Zoom UK01 V3).
Thanks to its AudioCodes Live Platform UCaaS voice service delivery solution and its support for Zoom Provider Exchange V3, AudioCodes is the first partner to provide voice integration with this dedicated Zoom UK cluster. The solution supports both Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center with Zoom-certified, secure voice calling. This builds on an ongoing partnership with Zoom, as AudioCodes is already fully integrated with Zoom’s EU cluster serving organisations in the European Union.
