We’re excited to announce that we’ve recently expanded our portfolio of certified voice solutions for Webex Calling with three of our AudioCodes 400HD business IP phone models. The new certifications bring high-quality, familiar calling experiences to a wide range of user personas and business use cases, ensuring enterprise customers and partners can leverage reliable, secure voice solutions across multiple platforms.
Expanding the Webex-Certified Device Ecosystem
The AudioCodes 425HD, 445HD and C450HD IP phones have joined the growing list of devices certified for Webex Calling, Cisco’s cloud-based unified communications platform. This milestone enhances our existing Webex-certified portfolio, which already includes Certified Calling Partner for Cloud Connect, Cloud Connect Enablement Provider and Certified Mobile Calling Provider solutions.
In addition, AudioCodes Mediant session border controllers (SBCs) are now certified as 3rd Party Gateways for Premises PSTN connectivity for Webex Calling (previously known as Local Gateway). Our MediaPack MP-1xx, MP-2xx and MP-5xx analog gateways are also certified for Webex Calling, enabling seamless connectivity for legacy analog devices such as desk phones, fax machines and alarm systems.
