Our AudioCodes Partner program for the CloudBond 365 delivers the technical support, training and consulting that allows you to provide end customers with comprehensive service, ensuring that they get the most out of CloudBond 365 products. AudioCodes APSS support program targets Microsoft Partners, who provide Skype for Business system integration, as well as customer-facing support for CloudBond 365. The APSS program includes Level 3-4 technical support, backed by experienced AudioCodes Product Specialists, software updates, and hardware return/repair service, allowing the Microsoft Skype for Business partner to maintain the direct relationship with its customers and offer a full support package to guarantee maximum customer satisfaction.

Services Offered in APSS for CloudBond 365 Program

    • Tier/Level 3 and 4 technical support by AudioCodes Field Application Engineers (FAEs)
    • Telephony access to the AudioCodes Technical Support Center:
      1. Service partner access during regular business hours (9x5) or anytime availability (24x7)
      2. Partner managed end customer access in high severity escalations
    • Access to the Services Portal online system for managing support tickets
    • All software updates and upgrades, including patches, maintenance releases and major version releases for AudioCodes products (not including updates and upgrades for Windows Operating Systems or Applications)
    • Hardware Return and Repair (R&R) service
    • Advanced Hardware Replacement (optional add-on)
    • Installation and Implementation service (optional add-on)
