Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager with a strong track record in the Unified Communications (UC) and Contact Centre markets. The role covers Mid-Market, Large Enterprise, and Public Sector customers across France and requires at least five years of selling communication software, appliances, SaaS, managed services, or UC/Contact Center solutions.

Candidates must be skilled in both direct and partner-led sales models, including system integrators, channel partners, and MSPs. Experience selling CCaaS is highly desirable. As part of the AudioCodes France sales team, you will use your network within enterprise and SME markets to build key relationships. A history of winning enterprise voice projects, achieving sales targets, and selling Microsoft or other major UC/Contact Center platforms is essential.

You will report to the France & Iberia Country Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans, revenue goals and budgets.
  • Drive market penetration and build strategic partnerships.
  • Manage and grow enterprise accounts at all organizational levels.
  • Recruit, enable, and manage channel and system integrator partners.
  • Work closely with sales engineers and internal teams on complex opportunities.
  • Expand business within existing accounts and manage multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Understand customer challenges and position solutions to deliver business outcomes.
  • Demonstrate strong industry knowledge and communicate clear value propositions.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing, and procurement processes.
  • Translate technical capabilities into business benefits and coordinate technical delivery.
  • Maintain and influence C-level relationships across departments.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and CRM updates using methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN or Challenger.
  • Present compelling business cases tailored to technical and executive audiences.
  • Navigate long sales cycles, adapt to changing priorities, and manage competitive pressures.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success and product teams on complex deals.

Work Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven success in a similar role within companies with at least $5M annual sales.
  • Experience in communication software/hardware organizations, ideally in UC sales roles.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders from operations to executive leadership.
  • Strong capability in identifying and influencing key decision-makers.
  • Experience managing direct sales and partner/distributor networks.
  • University degree required; Engineering background preferred.
  • Mandatory experience in VoIP and UC.
  • Proven background with Microsoft, Zoom, RingCentral, 8x8 or similar enterprise IT solutions.
