Senior Global Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us in a long-term freelance engagement, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across EMEA and APAC.

This role focuses on full cycle recruitment for Sales and Professional Services positions, with an emphasis on global territory based and commission driven field roles.

Responsibilities:

Manage full cycle recruitment processes for Sales and Professional Services roles across EMEA and APAC

Partner closely with Sales leadership and HQ stakeholders in Israel

Work directly with regional hiring managers across multiple countries

Manage relationships with local recruitment agencies in different markets

Conduct independent sourcing via LinkedIn and other relevant sourcing channels

Lead candidate interviews and support candidates throughout the hiring process

Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining quality and structure

Requirements

At least three years of hands on global recruitment experience

Hands on experience recruiting across multiple EMEA countries

Experience recruiting Sales and Professional Services roles

Experience managing end to end recruitment processes across multiple territories in parallel

Hands on experience in independent sourcing via LinkedIn

Fluent English, both written and spoken

Strong execution skills and ability to work independently

Ability to work effectively in a multi stakeholder global environment

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage parallel hiring processes

Experience recruiting in APAC - Considered a strong advantage

Familiarity with employment regulations and labor practices across EMEA countries - Considered a strong advantage
