Senior RMA Technician

Description

1. Hands-on HW debug and repair at component level.
2. Perform repair and replenishment of service stock across global locations.
3. Work closely with Engineering, R&D, and Field Engineers on technical issues.
4. Provide daily technical support to global Field Application Engineers (FAEs).
5. Analyze returned units and identify root causes of failures.
6. Support field engineers and customers in troubleshooting and issue verification.

Requirements

• Practical Engineer / Technician in Electronics.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a high-tech company – mandatory.
• Strong experience in analog and digital board debug and repair – mandatory.
• Good networking knowledge – mandatory.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – mandatory.
• Experience with JTAG – advantage.
• Experience with Oracle / Oracle Cloud – advantage.
• Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills.
