Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Subject Matter Expert with strong sales capability, business acumen, and technical proficiency. The successful candidate will serve as the UK Sales Expert for the AudioCodes IPP and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) portfolio, supporting Sales and Pre‑Sales teams in expanding our IPP and MTR business across the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Must have a comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft, Zoom, Webex and SIP IPP and MTR market in the UK, becoming the trusted subject matter expert while staying informed of industry trends and competitive dynamics.
- Support Sales and Pre‑Sales teams in winning opportunities by delivering product demonstrations, use‑case guidance, solution design input, RFx responses, and engagement with strategic customers, partners, and technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with UK business channel teams to expand the partner ecosystem to grow the sales of IPP and MTR through workshops, bootcamps, and training initiatives.
- Provide ongoing training to Sales and Pre‑Sales teams on product updates, new capabilities, and competitive positioning.
- Oversee proof‑of‑concept projects to ensure successful conversion into commercial opportunities.
- Serve as a central liaison between the field teams, Product Line Management, and Engineering for feature requests, escalations, and technical feedback.
- Achieve annual and quarterly targets across revenue, partner engagement, and customer success.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in MTR/IPP with a vendor, distributor, or partner.
- Strong knowledge of UK A/V and IPP partner communities, including public sector and retail segments.
- Proven track record of independent, creative, and high-achieving performance.
- Excellent relationship‑building and interpersonal skills, adaptable to diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Consultative sales approach and strong teamwork orientation.
- Fluent in English.
- In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms (required), Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, SIP handsets, and meeting‑productivity requirements across the UK.
- Exposure to Microsoft and Zoom ecosystems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Conversational AI or AI technologies is a plus.
