FASTWEB will deploy AudioCodes-CTI²’s upgraded IPTV messaging application. On top of this FASTWEB will make AudioCodes-CTI²’s enhanced Unified Communication service available to its own customer base very close to 1 million clients as of today.
By incorporating CTI²’s enhanced communication services with AudioCodes’ Media Server capabilities, the companies offer a Next Gen innovative solution, providing advanced and customer-tailored services for residential and business users. CTI² and AudioCodes offer a unique IPTV application allowing subscribers to view and respond to voice, email, and fax messages through their television sets. The IPTV application enables subscribers to receive on-line notifications on newly arrived messages while watching TV. Subscribers can then instantly enter their mailbox and navigate between all types of messages via a simple and intuitive user interface. The new version of the IPTV application incorporates enhanced messaging and mailbox management capabilities, enabling subscribers to satisfy all their needs from one source.
